In this role, you will provide therapeutic psychotherapy to adults aged 26 and over experiencing mental health challenges, including co-occurring substance use. Working across clinical, community, and home-based settings, you’ll deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care and tailor evidence-based interventions like ACT, DBT, and mindfulness. You’ll co-develop personalised Wellbeing Plans, engage families and carers, and champion lived experience, equity, and local voice in every aspect of service delivery. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in a truly integrated and responsive mental health support system.
