In 2025 VAADA conducted its second Victorian Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Workforce Survey, with more than 480 AOD workers giving their experiences and perspectives. VAADA have shared an overall snapshot highlighting some of the key findings from the report.

The VAADA 2025 Victorian AOD Workforce Survey Report was officially launched on Novemember 24 at Bendigo Kangan Institute’s (BKI) Health and Community Centre of Excellence. The report sets out 7 recommendations to better support a workforce already doing incredibly complex and important work, and to help create conditions where people want to enter and stay in the sector.
