Job Description

Are you an experienced Youth AOD/ MH practitioner who thrives on influence, complexity, and meaningful impact?

cohealth is looking for a Youth AOD/ Mental Health Practitioner to deliver early intervention support to young people aged 16-25 who present with complex AOD and mental health needs.

  • Full time, fixed term role

What you will bring

  • Essential tertiary qualifications in Mental Health, AoD or related fields
  • Minimum three year's experience supporting young people with co-occurring the AOD and mental health challenges
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering harm reduction, recovery focused, culturally safe, trauma informed, strengths- based support (particularly with young people)
