Job Description

WRAD Health is a community-based, not-for-profit integrated health service delivering medical, alcohol and other drug (AOD), mental health, family support, and therapeutic programs across the Great South Coast. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and sustainability of WRAD Health. The CEO provides strategic direction and operational oversight, ensuring delivery of high-quality services aligned with organisational values, regulatory requirements, and community needs.

The CEO works in close partnership with the Board to achieve strategic objectives and leads the organisation’s culture, partnerships, funding development, and service innovation.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated senior executive leadership experience

  • Experience in health, community services, or related sectors
