Course Details:
Duration: 2 days (6 hours each day)
Location: St James Lutheran , 416 South Road, Moorabbin, 3189
Fee: $385 per person
This internationally accredited program teaches participants how to:
- Recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions
- Start conversations that make a difference
- Provide initial help and support
- Guide a person towards professional help
Participants will gain the practical skills to identify, understand and respond to early signs of mental health concerns, provide effective support in a crisis and strengthen their ability to foster safe, supportive communities.
