The Alcohol and Other Drugs Workforce Development Survey Report is now available for download. Thank you to everyone who participated. Nearly 400 AOD staff in the Victorian AOD sector completed the survey.
The survey was conducted to inform our understanding of current experiences and challenges across the AOD sector. It also sought to identify opportunities to build workforce capacity and capability to ensure the sector is able to effectively meet the needs of service users now and into the future.
We hope the report contains additional insights to inform your understanding of workforce needs and development. Over the coming months, we will put out several additional ‘snapshots’ where we take a closer look at the data. We look forward to sharing these with you.
