Participants will gain an understanding of how to connect and engage with involuntary clients. This course will address the challenges of working with such clients including ethical considerations, challenges and complexities that may arise in treatment settings. This training will introduce theories and techniques including Motivational Interviewing, in order to tailor treatment to the individual needs of the client.
