Troubleshooting

Every effort is made to troubleshoot common issues with Forensic Foundations.  If you experience any issues not within this troubleshooting guide, please contact your IT administrator first.  If the problem persists contact us.

ENEWS is a subscription service external to the VAADA website.

To access Forensic Foundations you will need to create an account via the Forensic Foundations registration page by selecting Register.

The Victorian Government has appointed intake service providers in each local catchment across Victoria for triage and referral of people for alcohol and other drug treatment.

Try clearing the cache on your Web browserPlease note: Forensic Foundations may not run correctly on Internet Explorer.  We suggest switching to Google Chrome or Firefox.

If you continue to experience problems contact your IT administrator

It is likely your email was used to create an account as an Employer to add jobs to the VAADA jobs board.  You can use the same credentials to log in.  If you have forgotten your password, select Reset Password.  A link will be sent via your email to reset your password.

Check your junk mail folder.   If it has not appeared within half an hour,  try resetting your password via “forgot password”.  If you still do not receive an email, contact your IT administrator to assist you with your organisation’s I.T settings.

On the Forensic Foundations menu page, click on “Just completed a module? Click here to refresh progress and unlock the next module”

This will refresh the page and unlock the next module.

If the problem persists, trying clearing your web browser’s cache (see “I cannot select a my catchment”)

Here are the instructions on printing the certificate.   Please read the instructions prior to attempting printing.

If you lose the print dialogue box, close the window and select print certificate again.
