About the opportunity
As the Team Leader of the Catalyst Programs, you will have an opportunity to develop your leadership skills to support a new team and innovate growth and change in the program.
The role will support group and individual therapeutic interventions across two programs: Torque (based at Coburg) and Catalyst North (based at Preston) to assist participants to establish healthier lifestyles free of problematic alcohol and drug use; and assist participants to avoid and better manage relapse. The Torque program supports forensic consumers involved with the justice system. Catalyst supports community consumers.

Key Selection Criteria
You will have a relevant qualification/s in health and/or welfare tertiary qualification, such as Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Allied Health Sciences, as well as:
- Certificate IV in AOD or have completed the core competencies (or able to complete within the first 24 months of employment.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Experience in group work
