Salary:$80,277 - $100,261
Turning Point is a national treatment, research and education centre that provides leadership in the alcohol and drug, gambling and mental health sectors in Victoria and beyond. Turning Point is a leading provider of education and training services in the alcohol and drug sector in Australia.
About the role
In this role you will:

- Deliver and evaluate education and training programs
- Develop appropriate databases and coordinate data collection and analysis
- Prepare timely and relevant written reports
- Undertake wider administrative duties of the Program as well as the organisation more broadly as required in consultation with the Workforce Development Manager.
Key Selection Criteria
About you:
- A related degree
- Experience in the alcohol and drug / mental health field or sound understanding of current alcohol and drug / mental health issues
- Well-developed oral presentation skills
- Capacity to conceptualise and coordinate projects
- Experience in a relevant field as a trainer is desirable
- A current training and assessment qualification is not required but you can be supported to gain this qualification
