This workshop offers a practical introduction to core practice skills in AOD treatment. It is suitable for practitioners new to CBT, new to AOD or those wanting to enhance their core CBT skills. Participants will improve their understanding of CBT theory and practice and will learn a core CBT framework that will deepen their understanding and enable them to tailor strategies and treatment for different client presentations.

This workshop combines with Integrating MI and CBT to further enhance skill development.
