Linking Youth and Family Together (LYFT) provides a unique family-systems approach to the drug and alcohol treatment of young people aged 12 to 25 years, to develop positive ways of communicating and problem solving. This led to the creation of the LUYF group, where other parents/caregivers can connect, learn, and share from their experiences when supporting a young person.

- Are you tired of the yelling?
