Victorian AOD Workforce Development Initiative
Providing free training and professional development to upskill the Victorian Alcohol and Other Drug Sector
Elevate is a centralised workforce development program developed in consultation with the sector and administered by VAADA.
Why Elevate? It means to raise, uplift, and develop mastery and expertise in knowledge, skill and application; our goals for a skilled AOD workforce!
To be eligible to register as an Elevate student you must work for a state-funded AOD service in a funded AOD role within Victoria. This program is unavailable to student placement or professionals outside the AOD sector.
If you are an AOD worker who has not been able to get along to training in previous years, now is the time!
Elevate offers a variety of training options, including professional development, self-paced online learning, and accredited training.
