| Hello from the Team here at Peer Projects!
We are thrilled to announce that we are launching a brand new, redeveloped version of our Peer Facilitator Training which is designed to upskill peer workers to facilitate and develop peer support groups.
This 1-day training is specifically designed to upskill peer workers to develop and facilitate groups from a lived experience perspective within formalised settings. Specific training in group facilitation can be incredibly beneficial as delivering and developing peer support groups are often an integral part of peer work roles. This training will assist peer workers to be able to maintain the roles and responsibilities of a facilitator whilst also remaining a ‘peer’ in the group.
