Thank You for Applying for VAADA Membership!

 

We’re thrilled you’ve taken the first step to join the VAADA community. Here’s what happens next:

  • Your application will be reviewed by the VAADA Board at its next bi-monthly meeting (either February, April, June, August, October, December)
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a Welcome email with a tax invoice attached for your membership fee, along with some important documents.
  • Your membership is activated when payment is received (include your name, member number or invoice number in the reference)
  • If you’ve joined from August onwards, your membership fee will be adjusted (pro rata) to reflect the remaining full months of the membership year.
  • If payment is not received within 60 days of your invoice being issued, we’ll notify you your membership has lapsed.
  • VAADA memberships are renewed annually on July 1 of any given year
