Abstracts Are Invited for Oral Presentations

If you wish to submit an abstract for consideration by the Conference Committee, you must intend to register for the conference. Online submission is the only method of receipt for abstracts.  Instructions for submitting an abstract are below.

Conference Format

The 2025 conference is an in-person conference.  Successful candidates must register for a one-day ticket at a minimum.  We encourage you to attend both days to support other speakers and keynotes.

NB: the maximum number of presenters for any presentation is two.  If you require more than two presenters contact us.

 

Oral Presentation 25 minutes

Oral Presentations are a maximum of 25 minutes (no question time) and a minimum of 15 minutes with 10 minutes of question time.


Submitting Your Abstract

Before beginning, please download and read the Abstract Submission Guidelines.

WARNING: Any abstract submission that does not adhere to these guidelines will be rejected.  Please make note of word counts for titles, abstracts and biographies.

Abstract submission takes place online. You can save your progress and return to the form at any time; an email with a link to your form will be sent to you. Ensure you submit your abstract by the due date, as late submissions will not be considered. Avoid copying and pasting information from a PDF or other website into the form and be sure to adhere to all word limits.
