The Supper Club – A support group for families who have lost a loved one as a result of substance use.

The Supper Club is facilitated by a professionally trained grief counsellor and provides the opportunity for people to connect around their shared experiences.

Over the past 5 years, The Supper Club has provided vulnerable families with support, mutual learning and hope.

“The Club provides a chance to speak openly about a loved one’s life, to reconnect with the memory of the child we knew before up became down. As humans we need belonging, we need love, we need to feel connected to others who have an understanding of why we are sitting in the chair gathered together.” Participant –  The Supper Club.

The group fosters connection, eliminates stigma and isolation and provides a meaningful opportunity to heal.

“I finally felt like I belonged and that those surrounding me understood my pain as I understood theirs.” Participant –  The Supper Club.
