The position

The position is offered as part time (0.4) FTE, on a fixed term contract to 31 December 2020, with possibility of extension if funding allows.

The position is based at Footscray.

The key purpose of the position is to provide high level administrative support to an existing team comprising administrative officers, trainers and facilitators.

A day in the life of this position includes: dealing with telephone and online enquiries, liaising with other team members utilising excellent customer service, supporting people trying to access our services, data entry, generating reports and processing payments via EFTPOS.
