Job Description

Westside Lodge DDRC provides a therapeutic program for people experiencing co-occurring alcohol and other drugs and mental health issues who would benefit from an interated model of care.  This client-centred recovery program is offered in a residential setting over 13 weeks.  The Program Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering evidence based individual and psycho-educational group programs.  This role provides emotional and practical support for clients whose lives are significantly impacted as a result of substance use and mental unwellness.  The aim over the 3-month period is to assist clients to prepare for reintegration into the community, maintain recovery and gain new skills.
