We are looking for a vibrant, skilled and experienced Reception and Administration Worker who is excited about being part of the hsM team. Do you engage with people easily and make them feel at ease? The position is part time at three days per week (0.6 FTE) and is a fixed term contract to December 31 2019, with the possibility of extension if funding allows. The role is based in Melton.
The key purposes of the position are: to ensure young people between the ages of 12 and 25 years, and their families and friends, feel welcome at hsM; and, to provide reception and administration services at the centre. You will also work with the team, providing input into reception and administration processes, to ensure, that in these areas, hsM is responsive to local needs.
A day in the life of this position might include: welcoming, to hsM, young people and their family and friends who telephone or present in person; identifying an individual’s reason for contact and linking them to the appropriate person; and, administrative tasks such as photocopying, making appointments, data entry and managing correspondence; and, monitoring cleanliness and equipment.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the initial and ongoing development of a new headspace centre, supported by an experienced and innovative consortium and leadership team. You will provide high quality reception and administration services to help build a highly accessible and responsive service.
