The Self Help Addiction Resource Centre (SHARC) currently facilitates the Victorian AOD Peer Workforce Community of Practice supported by the Department of Health (DH). The Community of Practice (CoP) for the AOD Peer Workforce supports and cultivates the existing and emerging AOD Peer Workforce and seeks to draw upon the collective knowledge, experiences and resources
