Uniting Vic.Tas is happy to announce that registrations are open for the Hearing Voices training in May. Participants can register for either our three-day or four-day training.
About The Hearing Voices Training
The first two days are the foundation to the Hearing Voices Approach. This will give you a solid understanding of applying the approach in many practical settings, either for yourself, in your work as a mental health professional or in your family/home environment.
The third day covers Voice Profiling – a set of accessible strategies that help build greater awareness and understanding of a person’s voices. By the end of this training, you will have more tools & confidence to work with people’s voice hearing experiences.
The fourth day of training is for people wanting to start and/or facilitate a Hearing Voices Support Group.
Dates
- 14th & 15th of May 2024 – Hearing Voices Approach
- 21st of May 2024 – Voice Profiling
- 22nd of May 2024 – Hearing Voices Group Setup Facilitation
Times
- 10.00am – 3.30pm daily (includes breaks) online via Zoom.
