New in 2020, this one day workshop for AOD sector supervisors will familiarise supervisors with models of supervision relevant to AOD work and the key elements of effective supervision. It will equip participants to develop supervision plans and contracts, deliver effective supervision and navigate supervision challenges and roadblocks.
