LiverWELL is delighted to collaborate with the Grampians Region Public Health Unit and Ballarat Community Health to provide a space for workers in the sector to come together on the goal of eliminating viral hepatitis by 2030. Networking is the primary focus of our upcoming Grampians Regional Forum, which will support healthcare workers in the Grampians region to come together in person, build connections and improve care pathways for patients.

Hear an epidemiological update of the region and short presentations on viral hepatitis and care cascades across the Grampians region. Interactive workshops will be held to foster
strong connections and collaborations between health services.
