This  This course is the next level after Foundations in AOD. Participants will look further into Harm minimisation principles and how to apply them, Referral pathways & understanding what they are and when a referral should take place. What supports are available for families. We will look at basic Motivational Interviewing and why it is important. Learning this will assist anyone working in a community-based workplace, It will allow you to develop your skillset to be able to work with people with AOD needs.
