(Registrations are now closed)

Throughout July 2014, VAADA ran a series of face to face and online transition support workshops. Topics included managing redundancies, employer and employee responsibilities and entitlements, managing your career and organisational change management.

Job Opportunities and Support

The Jobs Board allows agencies to advertise their vacancies in a sector specific setting, while simultaneously providing job seekers the opportunity to search for jobs by ‘preferred location’ and ‘field of practice’. Job seekers are also able to receive email notifications when relevant vacancies are advertised according to specified criteria.

Consumer Information Telephone Line and Website

The Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association, together with the Association of Participating Service Users and Harm Reduction Victoria, are operating a new consumer information telephone line and website. Funded by the Victorian Government, these resources have been developed to provide Victorian AOD service users and their families with up to date information and advice in relation to sector reform and will operate until November 2014.
